What we do

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
All pages work with a keyboard, and focus is always visible.
Images have text alternatives, and headings follow a logical order.
Animations respect your device’s “reduce motion” setting.
Forms explain errors in words, not colour alone.
The layout adapts to phones, tablets and large screens, and supports zoom up to 400%.

Known limitations

Some uploaded documents, such as scanned PDFs, may not be readable by screen readers. An officer can help you at the counter.
